To support a growing healthcare team, the part-time Junior Medical Recruiter will assist the Senior Medical Recruiter with candidate screening, maintain facility sheets, and conduct outreach to potential hires in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Assist with updating facility sheets and opening requisitions for new sites Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates and manage candidate records in the recruitment system Support outreach efforts to identify and source potential candidates through various channels Required qualifications 1-2 years of recent recruiting experience required Experience with Taleo is preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field of study is preferred Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management Knowledge of basic Human Resource principles and best practices in recruiting
