Description Store Associate As a Store Associate at HAPPY DAVE’S, your main responsibility is to ensure that every customer has a positive and memorable experience. You will be the face of the store, assisting customers with their purchases, handling inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring that each customer leaves satisfied. Working as part of a team, you will strive to provide customers with quick and enjoyable service. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, as your interactions with customers directly impact their perception of the brand. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization throughout your shift. Process sales accurately at the POS system and adhere to all payment procedures. Support the store in meeting company goals and objectives. Perform general store duties such as merchandising, customer service, resolving complaints, and maintaining cleanliness. Ensure the safety and security of the store, following all safety guidelines. Adhere to company standards and procedures. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. Requirements Flexibility to work daytime, evening, and/or nighttime shifts. Ability to follow directions and comply with company policies and procedures. Capable of performing all duties associated with the job. Physical Demands and Work Environment Employees in this position may be required to talk, listen, use their hands, stand, walk, sit, balance, crouch, kneel, reach, lift up to fifty pounds, and climb ladders.
