Job Description – Account Executive Mingle Health seeks talented candidates for the Account Executive role. About Mingle Health Mingle Health is focused on improving the delivery of value-based healthcare to create better patient outcomes by simplifying data collection, quality reporting, and performance improvement through a comprehensive, end-to-end quality-improvement platform. Job Summary As a core member of the Mingle Health Sales team, the Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers, giving product demos, and increasing revenue and market share for Mingle Health products and services. You will support Sales efforts by building relationships with new clients, closing deals, working toward assigned revenue objectives, and collaborating internally to ensure service levels are met for each client. Essential Functions Identify, source, and develop new sales opportunities. Enhance relationships with existing clients and cross-sell additional services. Serve as central point-of-contact for your assigned portfolio of prospects and clients. Conduct discovery calls and demos with prospects. Manage a pipeline of new and existing opportunities to close deals. Partner with internal stakeholders, especially in Client Services, to help clients implement and succeed with Mingle Health products and services. Collaborate using a team selling approach with colleagues and internal subject matter experts. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proven ability to hit and exceed sales quotas Strong product demonstration, closing and negotiation skills Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, customers, and partners Ability to build rapport with prospects via phone calls and virtual meetings. Demonstrated openness to learning new skills and receiving coaching; especially related to sales, relationship building, and program management Intermediate CRM proficiency (Sales Force preferred) Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, ownership and advocacy Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with the unknown in a start-up environment Humility, curiosity, discipline, and creativity Friendly, confident, assertive, outgoing, organized, and proactive Ability to learn quickly and readily ask for assistance Prior Experience 2+ years' experience selling to small-medium (SMB) size businesses in a healthcare setting. Ideally, experience with health systems, private practices, or providers. Desirable: Prior healthcare IT, sales, account management, and/or consulting and/or project management experience Desirable: Prior SaaS or software experience Education Desired: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.)
