• Monday and Wednesday 9 am - 3 pm (6 hour shift)
• 12 - 17 patients per day
• Adult only population
• Trigger point injections and hip injections required
• Suboxone administration and Vivitrol injection required
• Maternity leave coverage

From $70.00 to $95.00 Hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
