Role Overview We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Leaning) who can own polished, performant user interfaces end-to-end from design implementation to delivery. This role is for engineers who care about the details, ship quickly without sacrificing quality, and thrive in high-trust, high-ownership environments. Location: Remote (North America preferred) Occasional U.S. travel is required for in-person collaboration, team offsites, and company events. How You’ll Contribute & Succeed Here Bring senior-level experience building production frontend systems (typically 5+ years) Build high-quality web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and GraphQL Translate Figma designs into polished, responsive interfaces that match design intent across devices Architect and manage complex state and data flows in React (Zustand, SWR, or similar) Optimize for performance, rendering efficiency, SEO, and Core Web Vitals Own features from planning through launch, monitoring, and iteration Collaborate with backend, design, and product to deliver seamless features aligned with user needs and product goals Balance speed and quality, knowing when to ship and when to refine Bring strong product sense and user empathy. Always build with the why in mind, not just the what Proactively communicate, raise concerns early, and collaborate openly with teammates to solve problems. Mentor others, share knowledge, and help raise the technical bar.
