Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Roscommon County, Michigan

Work Setting: In person

Job Type: Full-time M-F 8am-4:30pm

New Clinic Opening!!

Be part of something new! A healthcare clinic is opening in Roscommon County, and we’re looking for a Physical Therapist to help build and shape therapy services from the ground up.

The opportunity will provide physical therapy services focused on helping older adults maintain mobility, function, and independence. You’ll work closely with participants, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide therapeutic treatments to improve or maintain function.
• Educate participants and caregivers.
• Oversee wellness programming.
• Provide direction and support to PTAs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited program recognized by CMS.
• Active, unencumbered Michigan PT license.
• 2+ years of experience in a health-related field.
• 1+ year of experience working with older adults.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
