Voted best company to work for by US News & World Report for 2025-2026.**We are seeking a responsible and safety-focused Mini-van Driver to join our student transportation team. In this role, you will operate a company-provided Mini-Van to transport students safely and reliably to and from school, programs, and related activities. This position requires a valid standard drivers license and a commitment to ensuring student safety, professionalism, and punctuality. This position is working a split shift Monday - Friday at $20.00/hour.**Key Responsibilities:*** Safely operate an mini-van in compliance with federal transportation regulations* Transport students to and from school, field trips, and other approved destinations* Ensure the safety and well-being of all student passengers during boarding, transit, and exiting* Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily* Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe vehicle environment* Follow assigned routes and schedules with reliability and punctuality* Communicate effectively with dispatch, school staff, parents (as needed), and supervisors* Complete required documentation such as mileage logs and incident reports* Remain alert, attentive, and compassionate while supervising students on board**Requirements:*** Valid standard drivers license.* Must meet all DMV and DOT requirements* Clean driving record and strong attendance history* Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical* High school diploma or equivalent preferred* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in all interactionsBeacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
