What you'll do:

• Contact clients regarding delinquent accounts for unsecured loans
• Negotiate payment options to early stage collection accounts
• Utilize your strong negotiations skills to bring delinquent accounts back to performing status
• Provide exceptional member experience
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment
• Process requests and account change
• Inbound/Outbound calls

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year Collections experience strongly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay organized while working on multiple tasks
• Excellent Attendance throughout training
• Initial training conducted onsite in our Tempe office
• Working onsite 1 day per month required

Pay: $19.50 + Monthly Bonus and additional shift differential available for closing shift (10a-7p). Shift: Monday-Friday 6a-3p, 7a-4p, or 10a-7p
