Intermediate Machine Operator (2nd Shift 2:30pm-12:00am)

Targeted Hire Date July 6th Description Mercury Systems is seeking a self‑motivated Machine Operator to operate selective solder, press fit, and depanel machines. Responsibilities Start up, operate, and maintain selective solder, press fit, and depanel machines. Perform prep and manual insertion of through‑hole components. Apply masking to PCB assemblies. Identify electronic components. Read and understand assembly drawings. Comprehend and perform duties in accordance with ICP‑610 and J‑STD‑001 standards. Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 2–3 years of machine operation experience. Follow all PPE, safety, and environmental compliance procedures. Intermediate computer skills. Ability to manually lift up to 30 pounds. Perform other duties as assigned. Work overtime as necessary. Safe and accurate machine operation with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Certification in soldering. Excellent organizational skills, problem‑solving techniques, and accuracy. Ability to distinguish colors, fine circuit detail, and tones. Strong communication skills and ability to function in a team environment. Export Regulations This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations. • 38,300.00 – $76,600.00 annually for in‑office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD, or TX, and all remote employees.
• 42,900.00 – $85,800.00 annually for in‑office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH, or MA.
• 45,200.00 – $90,400.00 annually for in‑office or hybrid employees in NJ.
