Talent Acquisition Specialist (Corporate Recruiter – Temporary) Our client is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts for a 2–3 month engagement. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for professional-level positions across a variety of functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who can quickly adapt, manage multiple requisitions, and partner effectively with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment. This position is 100% onsite and will pay between $27 and $32/hr. Duties Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruiting activity and pipeline progress Assist with offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination as needed Requirements 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting professional-level roles Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn and job boards Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skill Ability to quickly ramp up and contribute in a short-term assignment If you are qualified and interested in learning more, please apply now. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
