Senior Manager, Parkinson's Account Manager - Milwaukee, WI

AbbVie seeks a Senior Manager for its Parkinson's Disease franchise based in Milwaukee, covering a five-state region. The role involves leading a team of 6-8 Account Executives, building strategic relationships with neurology centers and specialists, and driving sales of approved neurological products while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team of 6-8 Account Executives to achieve sales goals and franchise objectives
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Movement Disorder Specialists, Neurologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Create and execute strategic account plans focused on product education and business development
- Represent AbbVie at neurology conferences, patient advocacy events, and community forums
- Monitor market and payer developments in Parkinson's Disease and neuroscience space
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, pharmacy, business, or equivalent industry experience
- Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to develop and execute strategic responses to market opportunities
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- HCIR credentialing eligibility and good standing status
- Willingness to attend evening and weekend professional events
