Warehouse Forklift Operator - 1st Shift Shipping

Shipping Equipment OperatorThe Shipping Equipment Operator is responsible for accurately picking product from the designated locations throughout the Distribution Center and staging the product at the proper loading areas. The operators utilize a cherry picker style lift and RF scanners in order to successfully complete their duties. Other responsibilities include:Safely operate a Cherry Picker lift up to 40ft. in the air.Utilize RF scanners in order to identify and locate product.Load staged product from storage racks onto cherry picker lift.Move product from lift into proper location in the loading area.Cooperate with team members to complete tasks and set goalsAll other duties as assignedTo excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate strengths in the following skill areas:Ability to safely and effectively operate forklift and/or cherry picker equipment.General understanding of warehouse/distribution center operations.Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.At Bob's, we have fun, we love what we do, and we're growing fast!
