You'll manage a small team while actively building and scaling data infrastructure that powers our business and customer insights. What You’ll Do: Lead architecture and development of robust ETL pipelines and data systems Python and Ruby, guiding engineering best practices Collaborate with product and BI teams to enable data-driven features and insights Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability across cloud infrastructure (AWS, Airflow, Redshift) Drive innovation and mentor a high-performing data team What You Bring: 6+ years in data engineering, 2+ years leading teams Strong experience in Python and Ruby for data workflows Solid cloud experience (AWS preferred), Airflow, SQL, and data warehousing BI/reporting integration experience (e.g. Looker) Why work with us?
