Role Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough, ongoing care for diverse patients spanning all age groups, from infants to seniors.
• Oversee the management of chronic illnesses, preventive care, acute health issues, and mental health conditions from a patient-centric perspective.
• Carry out comprehensive physical exams, analyze diagnostic tests, and create individualized treatment plans.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or active) Illinois medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
