Apex Systems has aimmediate needfor a contractQuality Assurance Technicianfor one of our growing Food clients in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities:

• Inspection of all productsto ensure compliance with GMP principles.
• Communicate with Quality Management and adhere to all quality standards.
• Sample testing Brix, pH, water baths, environmental monitoring, micro analysis & packaging testing
• Perform mock recalls to the needs of customers and SQF.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with non-compliance notificationand corrective action follow ups.

Requirements:

• MinimumBachelor's degree preferred, AS and non degree with applicable experience
• Previous Manufacturing experience is preferred
