Description

• Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment strategies tailored to each individual.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or other equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Must hold a current state license as a Physical Therapist .
• CPR certification is preferred.
