Charge Nurse

UCHealth is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse to lead clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This RN role coordinates patient care, guides nursing staff, and supports physicians to ensure safe, evidence-based practice. The Charge Nurse oversees staffing, workflow, and quality metrics, mentors team members, and promotes a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, support process enhancements, and model excellent patient-centered care while helping drive UCHealth’s mission of innovative, high-quality healthcare.
