Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Administer care for stroke, altered mental status, and general med surg patients
• Utilize specialty equipment such as IV pumps, N/G tubes, and feeding tubes
• Provide care for patients with renal, dialysis, COPD, CHF, and pneumonia
• Adapt to floating requirements across units as needed

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• 2+ years of experience in Med Surg with stroke stepdown experience
• Travel experience required
• Current AHA BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Valid driver's license with address matching demographics
• Completion of specialty skills checklist
