Senior ServiceNow Developer

To support a large-scale ServiceNow transformation for a global life sciences organization, the full-time Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM & ITOM) will design, develop, and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions, focusing on both ITSM and ITOM capabilities, while working remotely and aligning with enterprise architecture and governance standards. Key responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and automation across ITSM and ITOM modules Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise platforms using REST APIs and other technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and perform advanced platform administration Required qualifications 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in large enterprise environments Strong experience with ITSM and ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow development best practices Experience designing and supporting MID Server architecture and integrations ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred
