Responsibilities

• Call on needed payments.
• Call on current customers to schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year
