Brand Ambassador

About the Role At Main Event, our Brand Ambassadors are the first and last people guests see on every visit. They help guests tailor their fun experience by advising and answering questions about activities and directing them to their chosen attractions. They also uphold the highest standards in safety and sanitation. Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet all guests, setting the tone for a fun visit. Communicate with the team about first‑time guests and answer guest questions regarding activities and directions. Manage guest experience by conveying clear wait‑time information for games, food, and other attractions. Escort guests to activities, explain safety rules, and assist with table maintenance. Thank guests for visiting and encourage them to return. Perform opening, mid‑day, or closing duties as required. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the facility. Qualifications Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required. Guest‑focused mindset with a genuine love for guests. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Food Handler Certification, as required. Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking abilities.Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
