Senior Sales Representative

Pay Range: $65,000 – $85,000 Base Salary + Competitive Commission Package Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Summary: Ground Works Land Design is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Representative with proven experience in landscaping, maintenance, and design-build sales. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for an industry professional who understands how to sell outdoor living projects, commercial maintenance contracts, and high-end residential landscape construction. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue across maintenance programs, landscape enhancements, and full-scale design-build projects while representing our brand with professionalism and expertise. Duties / Responsibilities: Generate and close new business in landscape maintenance, enhancements, and design-build construction. Perform on-site consultations, site walks, and scope evaluations. Develop detailed proposals in collaboration with design and production teams. Sell recurring maintenance agreements and high-value residential/commercial projects. Maintain accurate and consistent CRM documentation (if it’s not in HubSpot, it didn’t happen). Achieve and exceed revenue targets and margin expectations. Build long-term client relationships and referral networks. Represent Ground Works at networking events, trade shows, and community functions. Coordinate handoffs from sales to production to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications / Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of proven sales experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or design-build construction (Required). Strong understanding of plant material, grading, outdoor living construction, and maintenance contracts. Experience selling projects ranging from maintenance agreements to six-figure construction projects preferred. Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong negotiation and closing ability. High level of professionalism in communication and appearance. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
