Responsibilities

• Generate new business through agency-provided leads, referrals, and prospecting.
• Make outbound calls and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Quote and sell personal lines and life insurance.
• Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Build client and referral relationships.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and document activity.
• Work toward monthly sales and production goals.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings.

Requirements

• Motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calls, sales conversations, and asking for the business.
• Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Sales, insurance, customer service, or business experience preferred.
• Oklahoma insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing.
