29144Our client is a successful A&E firm, and they are currently searching for an experienced BIM Technician. This is a full-time/direct hire opening. Our client has been around since the late 1940’s and has never had a layoff. The average associate tenure is more than 10 years. There are several employees who started their career as a co-op and reached retirement, all with our client.Why Apply:

- Oversee BIM processes for Structural, Civil, and Environmental engineering teams
- Stay current with BIM technology trends, software updates, and industry best practices
- Create and maintain BIM models and drawing templates throughout project lifecycles
- Provide training and technical support for team members
- Lead project BIM setup and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Associate degree is required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar function
- Relevant experience in BIM and CAD environments
- Expert level proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Ability to read and interpret structural and civil drawings
- Strong technical ability, problem-solver, analytical
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written
