A license and a desk aren't enough to build a successful real estate business. At Brick & Banister, you'll have consistent coaching, practical support, and the tools to help you grow with intention.

Each weekday morning, we meet on Zoom for Power-Up -coffee encouraged, formal attire optional-to focus on the real challenges and opportunities in your business. Whether you're making your first cold calls or refining your approach, you'll have a team that helps you learn, improve, and return stronger the next day.

You'll also have access to the complete PLACE ecosystem , including:

• CRM and lead-generation tools
• Transaction coordination and management
• Marketing resources
• Finance, HR, and legal support
• Recruiting and business-development infrastructure

These are systems and services that can cost tens of thousands of dollars to create independently. We're intentionally growing by approximately two agents each month and seeking motivated professionals who want to build a lasting business-not simply close the occasional transaction.

We won't guarantee a specific income. No brokerage can. What we will provide is experienced leadership, a proven system, and a team committed to showing up. How far you take it is up to you.

Responsibilities

• Consistency is Key - Even on tough days, showing up matters. Success doesn't come from skipping daily tasks; it's built through consistent effort and being present for the team.
• Lead Generation Mastery - Business won't fall into your lap. You'll use proven scripts and tools to generate leads. If making calls isn't your thing, this isn't the right fit.
• Guiding Clients with Care - You'll work with buyers who may be undecided but need guidance. Patience, expertise, and diligent follow-ups are essential to help them find their perfect home.
• Confident Negotiator - Writing offers and negotiating deals is where you shine. This role requires confidence and the ability to handle challenges with skill and professionalism.
• Active Team Participation - Being part of a team means engaging in Power Up calls, script practice, and client events. Accountability is key, and we expect you to show up, support the team, and contribute.
• Track tasks and progress with PLACE Technology.
  We've got a killer CRM, and we expect you to use it. Tracking your calls, appointments, and tasks is non-negotiable.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Active Real Estate License in MN or WI
• Self-Motivated and Hardworking - If you're waiting for someone to hand you success or you're tired of putting in the effort, this role isn't for you.
