CGI is seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team supporting a leading financial services client. In this role, you will design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise business applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency. As a member of CGI's collaborative team environment, you will have the opportunity to work with modern technologies, contribute to digital transformation initiatives, and support mission-critical applications. The position is located in Fairfax, Virginia in a hybrid environment. Your future duties and responsibilities
Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 applications, C#/.NET plugins, custom APIs, and JavaScript web resources.
Build workflows and business process automations using Power Automate and Logic Apps.
Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications using REST APIs and Azure services.
Develop solutions using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory, SQL Database, and Key Vault.
Support deployments, CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting, and production issues. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Five or more years of relevant Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.
Strong experience with C#, .NET, Dataverse, Power Automate, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins, custom APIs, and integrations.
Knowledge of Azure cloud services, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within an Agile team. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power Pages, ASP.NET, and XrmToolBox.
Knowledge of application security and Azure security practices.
Experience migrating Dynamics 365 applications to Azure.
Financial services industry experience. Other Information:

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $56,600.00 - $132,100.00.
