Marketing Coordinator

GEN3 Electric & HVAC is looking for a creative, organized, and social media–savvy Marketing Coordinator to promote our brand.

This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who enjoys variety, keeps up with digital trends, and is comfortable moving between social media, content creation, marketing coordination, and community engagement.

You’ll work closely with our Communications Director to help bring GEN3’s brand to life across social media, digital marketing, customer communications, events, and charitable initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across multiple platforms
• Visit job sites and events to capture photos, video, and behind-the-scenes content
• Help create captions, graphics, newsletters, promotional materials, and other marketing content
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and sponsorships
• Coordinate GEN3 Cares, including charitable efforts, sponsorships, monthly contests, and community initiatives
• Help plan and coordinate GEN3’s participation in community events and local outreach
• Assist with customer reviews, website updates, and digital content management
• Help track campaign activity and keep marketing projects organized
• Use tools such as Canva and AI-assisted platforms to work more efficiently and creatively
• Bring fresh ideas and stay current on social media and digital trends

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience preferred in marketing, communications, social media, content creation, or a related role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what makes content engaging
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, upbeat, and comfortable contributing ideas
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social scheduling tools, or similar platforms
• Comfortable coordinating events, sponsorships, and community-facing activities
• Willingness to get out from behind the desk and gather content in the field
