Bakery General Manager Nothing Bundt Cakes

What You'll Do
Lead Bakery Operations

• Oversee all daily bakery and Bundtique (retail) operations to ensure efficient, profitable, and high-quality performance.
• Maintain excellence in food safety, cleanliness, inventory management, and operational standards.
• Ensure every cake meets Nothing Bundt Cakes' quality and presentation expectations.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Build and Inspire a Winning Team

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing bakery team.
• Foster a fun, positive, and supportive culture where team members feel valued and empowered.
• Lead by example, promote accountability, and recognize team achievements.
• Create schedules and staffing plans that support operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Grow the Bakery Through Local Marketing

• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive bakery sales.
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, community organizations, and event planners.
• Generate corporate gifting, catering, and special event cake orders through community outreach.
• Represent Nothing Bundt Cakes at local events and networking opportunities while spreading joy throughout the community.

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

• Ensure every guest receives warm, friendly, and memorable service.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally while exceeding expectations.
• Create an environment where every celebration feels special and every guest leaves smiling.

Drive Business Performance

• Lead the bakery in achieving sales, profitability, and operational goals.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve efficiency.
• Manage labor, inventory, and operating costs while maintaining exceptional quality and service.
• Support promotional initiatives and seasonal sales campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience in bakery, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service management.
• Proven success leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong coaching, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with local marketing, community engagement, and business development is highly preferred.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Results-oriented with a focus on sales growth, profitability, and continuous improvement.
