Computer Operators - Data Entry

Job Title

M-F 8:30-4:30.30 Minute Unpaid Lunch Break No Holiday work, Overtime or travel required Free Parking Provided Seeking temp employees to assist with work in SFS (Statewide Financial System), Excel, & any other general computer entry work. Monitor and control electronic computer and peripheral electronic data processing equipment to process business, scientific, engineering, and other data according to operating instructions. Follow and understand instructions for development of final copy materials on word processing/computer equipment. Proofread and correct documents. Must have knowledge of business English, spelling, grammar, punctuation and arithmetic, knowledge of Office Suite software packages and ability to learn within a reasonable time. May develop graphs, spreadsheets, charts, web pages, etc. Ability to type 30 wpm accurately with minimal errors System savvy with high data-entry output

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, Windows-based systems, and basic data entry or database applications. Familiarity with standard office equipment, including printers and scanners, is preferred
