Assistant Dietary Manager We are looking for an Assistant Dietary Manager to join our Dietary Team in maintaining smooth operation of the kitchen & dining room. Join our active, fast‑paced, and fun team! Make an impact on patient care. Expectations Responsible for supervision of the overall operation of our dietary service. Oversee production, quality, sanitation, maintenance, and safety for all food preparation. Establish the dietary department policies and procedures for residents’ plans of care. Assist the Dietary Manager in the development of the department budget and maintain cost controls. Schedule department working hours and personnel assignments to maintain quality patient care.
