divh2Senior Auditor/h2pAs a Senior Auditor, you will lead and support integrated risk-based internal audits across financial, compliance, operational, and information systems areas. Youll train, assist and mentor staff auditors, review their work, and ensure quality throughout planning, execution, and closing phases. Your responsibilities include conducting system walkthroughs, testing internal controls, performing substantive and analytical reviews, and documenting findings in automated workpapers. You will analyze root causes of issues, develop practical recommendations for corrective action, and communicate results to stakeholders. Additional duties include interviewing management, performing data analytics on subsidiary financial and operational data, assisting external auditors, and handling special projects while maintaining confidentiality./ppWhat Youll Be Doing (Essential Duties):/pulliAssist in all phases of planning, performing and closing integrated risk-based internal audits, inclusive of financial, compliance, operational and information systems (IS) areas./liliSupervise staff auditors on audits and special projects./liliPerform a detailed peer review of all work completed by staff auditors on audits and special projects./liliConduct system walkthroughs and compliance tests, evaluate adequacy of internal controls, perform detailed substantive testing and analytical reviews./liliDocument tests and findings in our automated audit workpaper package./liliAnalyze the root cause of audit issues, develop practical recommendations, and appropriately document and communicate to stakeholders./liliConduct interviews of all levels of management./liliPerform data analytics (Arbutus) on subsidiary financial and operational data./liliProvide direct assistance to the external auditors./liliPerform special projects, as assigned./liliUnderstand and exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality./li/ulpMinimum Requirements:/pulliBachelors Degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Business./liliMinimum four years of progressive auditing and/or accounting/liliExperience leading an audit process/liliExperience training, assisting, and mentoring lower-level audit staff./liliWillingness to travel up to 30% of the time domestically and internationally./li/ulpPreferred Skills:/pulliCertified Public Accountant (CPA); Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification or active pursuit of certification(s)./liliExperience in public accounting assurance or advisory practice; Big 4 or reputable regional firm highly valued./liliExperience in a publicly traded company./liliExperience in a manufacturing environment./liliPractical experience with ERP systems - Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly valued./liliProficient in Microsoft Office suite./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills./liliMotivated to work independently and complete responsibilities with little supervision yet work well and promote a team-oriented culture./liliIS auditing / compliance / corporate governance / SOX experience./liliStrong organizational abilities, attention to detail, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills./liliKnowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, the IPPF, COSOs Internal Control Integrated Framework./liliMulti-lingual skills (Spanish or Portuguese)/liliData analytics experience using Arbutus, ACL or similar products./li/ulpBenefits:/pulliWe offer a wide range of market-competitive total rewards that include 401(k) match, pension, merit increases, paid holidays, medical, dental, life, vision, short and long-term disability benefits, and tuition assistance to name a few./li/ulpAbout Us:/ppFounded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
