Senior Environmental Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading environmental planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Key responsibilities include conducting environmental assessments, preparing and reviewing environmental documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop sustainable solutions. The Senior Environmental Planner will also engage with stakeholders, including government agencies and community groups, to facilitate public involvement and address concerns regarding environmental impacts.


The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of environmental laws and regulations, as well as experience in project management and leadership. A master's degree in environmental science, planning, or a related field is preferred, along with at least five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in GIS and other planning software is essential, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial, as is a commitment to promoting sustainable development practices.
