Ihre Aufgaben Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Content-Strategien in Verbindung mit unseren stationären Filialen Eigenständiger Videoschnitt und Aufbereitung von Content für verschiedene Plattformen Erkennen und Umsetzen aktueller Trends im Beauty- und Lifestyle-Bereich Durchführung von Markt- und Zielgruppenanalysen zur Ableitung von Maßnahmen Planung, Steuerung und Auswertung von Social-Media-Kampagnen Entwicklung einer ganzheitlichen Marketingstrategie, die Online- und Offline-Maßnahmen miteinander verbindet Unterstützung bei der Positionierung der Marke am Markt und Stärkung der Kundenbindung Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medienmanagement oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Berufserfahrung im Marketing Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und strategisches Denken Erfahrung in Online- und Offline-Marketing sowie im Umgang mit Analyse- und Planungstools Interesse an Trends und Entwicklungen in der Beauty-Branche von Vorteil Flexibilität, Hands-on-Mentalität und Fähigkeit, den Überblick auch bei komplexen Projekten zu behalten Teamfähigkeit und Offenheit für die enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit der spannenden Aufgabe, Online- und Offline-Marketing zu verbinden Persönliche Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten durch Projekte, Schulungen und Weiterbildung Ein wertschätzendes, kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen Kostenloser Parkplatz Kostenloser Kaffee & Wasserspender Interessiert?
