Cardiovascular Surgery Rn

Job Title: Rn Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Variable Hours per Shift: 10.5 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant specialties License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS Must-Have: Prepare patients for surgery Day surgery experience Experience with age-specific groups: Adult (18-65 Years), Adolescents (13-17 Years), Geriatric (65 Years and older) Description: On-call required. Previous operating room experience is required with exposure to general, gynecological, orthopedic, spine, robotic, and vascular surgeries. The unit highlights include the need for day surgery experience and proficiency in documentation systems. Floating will be as needed with adherence to attendance policies. Nail policy stipulates no artificial nails or gel nails. Hair must be neat and clean, with no extreme styles or colors. Body art should be covered whenever possible, and visible piercings other than earrings are prohibited. General comments indicate that attendance policy will be followed.
