Role Overview Four Seasons Hotel Boston has unveiled a transformational lobby renovation, including Coterie, an intimate lounge overlooking the Boston Public Garden. The showcase bar will be the featured dining outlet for the Hotel’s discerning guests. An upbeat vibe, classic service and brasserie style menu will create lobby buzz from lunch until late evening. We are seeking Hosts who are dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Previous experience working in a fast‑paced restaurant is preferred. Responsibilities Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a fast‑paced dining environment. Serve a brasserie‑style menu and offer exemplary customer service at Coterie. Support a team that delivers a consistent, high‑quality experience for all guests. Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the lounge and dining areas. Qualifications Prior experience as a host or front‑of‑house staff in a restaurant setting. Comfortable working a variety of shifts, including lunches, dinners, weekends and holidays. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to hospitality excellence. Professional demeanor and a warm, hospitable attitude. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $30.09 per hour.
