Role:Clinical Pharmacist Advisor (Medicare) Location:Remote (Work From Home) — anywhere in the U.S.(must hold an active pharmacist license in your state of residence) Pay Rate:$53/hr Start date: Sep 7th and Sep 28th About the Role A-Line Staffing is hiringClinical Pharmacist Advisors (Medicare)for a high-volume, remote clinical review environment. You’ll conductvirtual consultations, supportmedication adherence, and completeaccurate documentation/data entrywhile working across multiple systems. Important:New hires must beon camera during training and meetings. What You’ll Do Conductvirtual patient consultationsand provideMedication Therapy Management (MTM) Providemedication educationand adherence support Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care planning Maintainaudit-ready documentationof patient interactions and outcomes Navigatemultiple applicationsand complete detaileddata entry(dual-screen workflow) Schedule / Training Business hours:7:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri) and 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET (Sat–Sun) Shift assignment:Set rotation based on business needs (may include weekends / weekend rotation) Training:Mandatory attendance for the first 8 weeks Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET No planned vacation/time off during initial training Required Qualifications Active Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in good standingin yourstate of residence Comfort in aproductivity-driven, remote clinical review environment Strong computer skills (high documentation workload; multiple systems) Dedicated, quiet, separate workspaceat home Wired internetmeeting25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload minimum Ability to stay focused for the full shift with minimal interruption Preferred Skills Experience inPBM / Medicare Part D / prior authorization / coverage determinations Strong documentation and compliance mindset Working knowledge ofExcel and Word Familiarity withAccess, PowerPoint, and Visio(nice to have) Interview Process Virtual interview (Microsoft Teams) Benefits (A-Line Staffing) Medical benefits available to eligible employees after90 days 401(k) with company match available after1 year(per plan eligibility) How to Apply Apply today through our website and a recruiter will reach out to confirm details and next steps.
