Location: Bedford, Ohio

Salary: $50,000-$55,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including researching and resolving discrepancies
• Record customer deposits and accurately apply payments to customer accounts
• Monitor outstanding receivables and communicate with customers regarding past-due balances
• Match vendor invoices to purchase orders and maintain accurate supporting documentation
• Process payments and maintain organized electronic and physical accounting records
• Prepare and provide customer invoices as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional accounting education is a plus
• Previous bookkeeping, AP/AR, accounting assistant, or similar accounting experience preferred
• Comfortable working with accounting/ERP systems and learning new software
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
