Project Manager II

Catalent seeks a Project Manager II to lead clinical supply packaging programs from contract award through closure at its Philadelphia site. The role involves managing complex projects, financial performance, customer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring regulatory compliance and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact and program lead from contract award through production and closure
• Oversee multiple complex programs including timelines, budgets, risks, and customer communications
• Manage financial performance through contract management, forecasts, revenue, and profitability analysis
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Planning teams on capacity planning and production readiness
• Ensure GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance while managing quality activities and investigations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum 2+ years project management in GMP-regulated environment
• Experience managing clinical or commercial packaging and distribution projects
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix environment
• Strategic customer relationship management experience strongly preferred
• Professional Project Management Qualification preferred
