Must have two years ICU/ TELE experience with medical/ surgical trauma/ critical patients. Must have teaching hospital experience. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required. KY or Compact license. All license and certifications required to be in hand. Will be required to work a minimum of 6 weekend shifts per schedule period. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted at this facility. RTO requests: For the first 2 weeks on assignment, only single days off can be requested. After the first 2 weeks, longer time off can be requested. RTO must be requested at the time of submission/offer, it will not be approved if requested after the assignment has started. Travelers must be able to work their full schedule without conflicts.
