Overview SafeSplash + Swim Labs is a nationally recognized swim school brand that caters to swimmers as young as 4 months old. We are committed to providing high-quality swim instruction in a safe and supportive environment. Our programs are designed to help children develop essential water safety skills while also fostering a love for swimming. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Simpsonville, SC. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, staff management, customer service, and financial performance. Responsibilities include ensuring swim lessons are delivered effectively, maintaining a safe and clean facility, scheduling and supervising staff, managing budgets, and promoting the swim school within the community.
