Account Executive / Account Manager (AE/AM)

Binyod LLC is seeking a technically minded and relationship-driven Account Executive / Account Manager (AE/AM) to support the growth of our Division 27 (Communications) and Division 28 (Electronic Safety & Security) business. This hybrid role combines new business development with long-term account management . The AE/AM will serve as the primary client contact, collaborate closely with technical teams, and guide customers through technology solutions from discovery through project completion. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands consultative sales, and can bridge customer needs with technical delivery teams. Industries & Markets Served Public institutions Commercial low-voltage projects Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Develop and execute territory growth strategies Prospect and identify new clients within assigned markets Build and maintain an active sales pipeline Conduct discovery meetings and site assessments Collaborate with technical teams to develop customer solutions Present solutions aligned with operational and budget goals Coordinate proposals, quotes, and RFP responses Manage negotiations, revisions, and project scoping Guide customers through procurement and approvals Ensure smooth project handoff to operations and implementation teams Client & Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Maintain CRM records and customer communications Conduct regular account reviews and customer check-ins Identify upsell, renewal, and recurring service opportunities Support issue resolution and customer satisfaction efforts Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams Monitor project progress from a customer-facing perspective Escalate project risks or issues proactively Build long‑term trusted customer relationships Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with: VP of Business Development Operations & Project Management Business Office & Contracts Administration Qualifications Required 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience Experience in technology integration, low-voltage, construction, or managed services preferred Familiarity with Division 27/28 systems strongly preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities Experience using CRM systems and proposal software Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Preferred Experience working with K–12 schools or public-sector clients Technical sales or sales engineering background Understanding of structured cabling, AV, security, or networking systems Ability to read blueprints and site plans Strong organizational and project coordination skills $60,000 - $120,000 Annually . This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
