Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Associate)

Company Description: In-Depth Therapy is a newly launched, telehealth-based counseling practice serving clients across Washington State. The practice is built on the belief that meaningful therapy goes beyond symptom management - it involves understanding deeper patterns, fostering emotional resilience, and creating lasting change. Role Description: CLINICIAN MUST LIVE IN WA or KY! This is a remote (telehealth) role for LMHC’s and LMHCA's licensed in Washington State. FREE SUPERVISION. This is a 1099 independent contractor position (60/40 split), offering flexibility and autonomy in your clinical work. As part of our launch team, you will provide individualized therapy services to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic support. You will work with clients navigating a range of emotional and mental health concerns, with an emphasis on depth-oriented, meaningful clinical work. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to be part of building a practice from the ground up while receiving strong clinical support.
