Work Schedule Monday-Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcoholtestsetc. Perform data entry of patient information inan accurateandtimelymanner Process billing information and collect payments whenrequired Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel toadditionalsites when needed Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist Preferred Qualifications Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record with reliable transportation Be at least 21 years’ old Proventrack recordin providing exceptional customer service Strong communicationskills; both written and verbal Ability to work independently or in a team environment Comfortable working under minimal supervision Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable Flexibility to work overtime as needed Able to pass a standardized color blindness test Float Incentive Additional$1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement Benefits Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan._Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20hours,Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible toparticipatein the 401(k) Plan.
