Job Description:

• Accepts accountability for problem-solving issues and work with leaders to resolve clinical issues.
• Participates in shared decision-making by working on committees and providing input to committee representatives.
• Seeks assistance from others and acts as a resource to coworkers to provide optimal patient care through teamwork.
• Attends all hospital, unit mandatory, and continuing education requirements. Utilizes the Nursing Process (Assess, Plan, Implement, and Evaluate) to provide optimal patient care.
• Demonstrates accurate assessment skills appropriate to patient population based on evidence, policy, and practice standards.

Education: Associate's of Nursing [Required] Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience: 2+ years acute care experience [Preferred] 1+ years acute care experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] Basic Life Support CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [Preferred] Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Preferred] S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification [Preferred]

Pay Range: $32.50 $60.45
