Customer Service 

Position Summary

ABC Printing is looking for a dependable, organized, customer-focused individual to become the primary point of contact for our customers. This position helps guide printing projects from the initial phone call through production and delivery while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Discuss customer printing needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Enter orders into our operational program
• Create accurate job tickets and production instructions.
• Coordinate with production staff to keep jobs on schedule.
• Communicate proofs, questions, and job status with customers.
• Follow up on outstanding estimates and open quotes.
• Schedule deliveries and notify customers when orders are ready.
• Maintain organized job files and customer records.
• Help ensure work is completed accurately and delivered on time.
• Assist with invoicing, filing, and other office responsibilities.

Experience Preferred

• Customer service experience.
• Experience in a printing, sign, marketing, office, or similar business is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of graphics programs
