Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated General Labor Associates to join a warehouse team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of warehouse and production duties, ensuring products are handled accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Schedule: 6am/8am/2pm/10pm Start Time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pack products according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Apply labels, stickers, and shipping documentation accurately.
- Move, organize, and stack boxes and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Assist various departments as needed to support daily operations.
- Shrink wrap pallets and prepare shipments for distribution.
- Load, unload, and sort products and materials.
- Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors and management.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
