Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Lead clinical pharmacy services to optimize patient care
• Manage and mentor pharmacy staff, including clinical pharmacists and technicians
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement pharmacy programs and policies
• Monitor medication use and manage budgets effectively
• Promote safe and effective medication use across the facility

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with a strong clinical background
• Proven experience in pharmacy management or leadership roles
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive quality improvement
• Prior experience as a Director of Pharmacy or Pharmacy Manager preferred
