Cyber Security Analyst

Summary We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst with 2–3+ years of experience to support cybersecurity risk assessments, threat identification, and mitigation activities within a regulated environment. This role will be responsible for performing security assessments based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, helping develop and maintain a risk‑based cybersecurity program, and ensuring the effective implementation of security controls to protect organizational systems, information, and technology assets. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with NIST, a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, and the ability to support security strategy, policies, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Qualifications Performing cybersecurity risk‑based assessments. Hands‑on past work experience on NIST Framework. Risk‑based cybersecurity threat identification and mitigation activities. 2-3+ years background in Cybersecurity. Responsibilities Cybersecurity Analyst will be performing cybersecurity assessments (Based on NIST Framework). Perform responsibilities to ensure that the appropriate application of security products and technologies are in place to protect the organization’s systems and information and enable achievement of the organization’s objectives. Development of a risk‑based cybersecurity program which meets regulatory requirements and aligns with industry‑leading information security practices. Perform threat identification and mitigation activities using industry‑leading security controls and tools sets. Support management in the development of strategies, policy and standards to protect company information and technology assets.
