Cloud Solutions Specialist (Azure)

Design and implement Azure-based cloud solutions for SMB and mid-market clients. Migration, security, cost optimization. Our team includes senior network engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity specialists, and field technicians. Cloud Solutions Specialist (Azure) role is hybrid (mix of remote, on-site at our office, and client visits as appropriate). Reports to the Director of Engineering. Responsibilities Design and implement Azure-based solutions for SMB clients Lead M365 and Azure migrations Configure identity (Entra ID), conditional access, MFA Optimize cloud costs and right-size resources Implement Azure security baselines and compliance controls Document architecture and train client IT staff Requirements 3+ years working with Microsoft Azure Microsoft certifications: AZ-104, AZ-500, or AZ-305 Hands‑on with M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams Familiarity with PowerShell and ARM/Bicep templates Experience migrating workloads from on‑prem to Azure Strong client‑facing communication Compensation $95,000 - $130,000 based on experience.
