Business Development & Sales Associate

The Business Development & Sales Associate will support the growth of the Bulk/B2B business by capturing and converting inbound demand, supporting proactive pipeline generation, managing customer relationships and order intake, and coordinating cross-functional execution for timely delivery. This role is critical to enabling the Bulk business to scale as both a revenue driver and brand-building channel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and sales
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience managing and restarting business lines for product visibility
• Experience with manual intake tasks such as cold calls
• Experience in processing inventory, working with logistics teams, operations management, and purchase orders
• Prior work experience in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Independent worker and self-starter
• Experience in a client-facing sales role and managing challenging conversations in a corporate environment
• Interest in a start-up-like environment and seeking new opportunities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead Intake & Customer Management: Manage bulk order inquiries and guide customers through the ordering process
• Sales & Conversion: Support pricing discussions, partner with clients on product selection, and convert inbound leads into orders
• Business Development Support: Identify and drive outreach to target segments such as corporate gifting and promotional agencies, services industry, and universities
• Order & Project Management: Track orders through their lifecycle and provide regular updates to customers
• Process & Operational Improvement: Support improvements to intake forms and customer experience
